Using Pimcore (PIM/MDM, Digital Commerce, DAM) and a growth-driven design approach, the team launched a responsive, multi-shop platform with storytelling via an embedded blog, product personalization with preview, and popular payment options for smoother checkout. The new shop went live within weeks and was well received—online sales jumped almost 70% in the first month—with further features (e.g., a virtual sales consultant) planned to drive additional growth.
