SIGMA Surplus, a division of SIGMA Group and a leading U.S. supplier of surplus MRO parts, was hampered by an in‑house product system that relied on manual processes and file transfers, making it slow and error‑prone to maintain product data and list parts online. To scale, unify its platform and extend technical capabilities, SIGMA Surplus selected Pimberly’s PIM solution to replace those manual workflows and improve integration with sales channels.

Pimberly implemented its PIM in a six‑week deployment, connecting directly to SIGMA’s eCommerce platform and using flexible APIs and reliable webhooks to automate feeds and marketplace integrations (including a live eBay feed). The solution consolidated +190,000 assets, eliminated a day or more of weekly manual work, sped up time to market, and enabled real‑time data flows; SIGMA Group now plans to roll Pimberly out to two other brands and pursue expanded online and international sales.
