Furniturebox, a fast-growing furniture retailer founded in 2015, needed a better way to manage complex, configurable product data as it expanded from selling on eBay into multiple marketplaces across the UK, US, and Europe. Before using Pimberly, product information lived in spreadsheets, making it difficult to maintain a single source of truth, handle bundles and varied product attributes, and scale listings efficiently.

Pimberly implemented a PIM platform with import/export templates, flexible schema, lifecycle workflows, and integrations to centralize Furniturebox’s product data and streamline collaboration across teams. The result was faster marketplace onboarding, easier localization and pricing management, and much quicker listing launches; since adopting Pimberly, Furniturebox has grown from 4,000 SKUs to more than 19,000 SKUs and now sells across 12 marketplaces.
