Pigment implemented its solution through a co-build approach with BearingPoint, helping Ville de Lyon create a budget portal, integrate multiple data sources, and improve reporting and analysis. The results included 39 days saved on manual data entry, more than 100 days saved in the annual budget process, and an estimated ROI of over €40,000, while also improving collaboration and setting the stage for more advanced forecasting.
