The pizza restaurant Pizza Beppe wanted to foster a strong connection with its returning customers and sought to implement a formal loyalty program from the outset. To build this program, they partnered with the vendor Piggy and used its loyalty software to create the 'la famiglia' loyalty club.
Using Piggy's platform, Pizza Beppe developed a rewards program offering points redeemable for free pizza and a trip to Naples. The solution was highly effective, resulting in 87,000 points being rewarded and over 2,500 loyalty transactions within the first year. Piggy's software also enabled the creation of a valuable customer database, helping the restaurant to easily stay in touch with members and successfully encourage repeat visits.
