How YB makes the world a better place with loyalty

YB, a purpose-driven food company formerly known as Yoghurt Barn, needed a loyalty program that reflected its core values of having a positive impact on people, animals, and the planet. The company turned to Piggy to implement a solution that would help them engage customers on a deeper level.

Using Piggy's white-label loyalty software, YB launched a program where points could be redeemed for products or for planting trees to reduce carbon footprints. In its first three months, the program recorded over 1,000 loyalty transactions. Over the last year, 7,500 transactions generated almost 90,000 points, equating to nearly €80,000 in purchases, with Piggy's integrated email marketing feature helping to effectively engage their customer base.
