Gluhub, a Greater Manchester design and digital marketing agency and one of the two brands of Aimtrac Group Ltd., faced fragmented customer data across FullContact, MailChimp, Stripe and Xero. Managing two brands with different services left contact information in silos and made GDPR-ready, personalized communications difficult. Gluhub turned to PieSync to provide real-time, two-way contact synchronization and regain control of how contacts flow between their apps.

PieSync implemented bi-directional syncs with FullContact as the central enriched contact store and used Intelligent Rules to map tags and subscription status (for example, syncing a “Gluhub MailChimp” tag to MailChimp lists, tagging paid customers from Stripe, and mirroring Xero segmentation). The result was automated subscription management, up-to-date contact profiles across tools, clearer identification of active customers during calls, reduced manual imports/exports, and broader adoption by the parent company — all achieved using PieSync’s two-way sync solution.
