Epic Design Labs, a Portland‑based web services agency, was struggling with fragmented customer data as different teams used multiple cloud apps (SharpSpring, Zendesk, Recurly and Google Contacts). To restore a 360° view of clients and stop isolated contact records, Epic Design Labs turned to PieSync to keep customer contacts in sync across their systems.
PieSync implemented three two‑way, real‑time syncs (SharpSpring↔Recurly, SharpSpring↔Google Contacts, SharpSpring↔Zendesk), automating updates so actions like Recurly marking an “Active Client” or adding a lead in Google Contacts immediately update SharpSpring lists. The result was elimination of manual data entry, unified customer records across departments, faster workflows and consistently up‑to‑date contact data thanks to PieSync.
