Conflux Consultants, a Cheshire East marketing and creative services firm, needed a reliable master dataset to give its team a 360° view of clients and prospects. The team was adding contacts in Outlook but needed to centralize that information in Insightly CRM; inconsistent copies, manual imports/exports and one-way automations were causing data quality problems. Conflux Consultants turned to PieSync to keep Insightly and Outlook in sync.
