CFO Consulting Partners, a 20-person firm that provides senior-level financial management to SMEs, needed to centralize contact data without losing the Outlook category system they use to track leads and references across more than 30 categories. They chose PieSync and its Intelligent Syncing feature to connect their Outlook accounts with Highrise so they could preserve the partner-specific categories and maintain the integrity of their referral-driven business.

PieSync implemented rule-based “If‑This‑Then‑That” Intelligent Syncing and two-way sync between Office 365 Outlook.com and Highrise, letting the firm map categories to tags and keep updates synchronized across multiple Outlook instances with a single correction. As a result, every partner’s contacts are now centralized and up-to-date in Highrise, the database is highly segmented for targeted outreach, and CFO Consulting Partners is preparing targeted email campaigns by extending PieSync to sync Highrise with Constant Contact.
