PocketBook, a Lugano-based e-reader manufacturer selling into more than 30 countries and ranked among the world’s top five in its category, engaged Pieoneers Software to improve its online presence. Facing the need to enhance the user experience and buying journey to support growing market share and expansion into new markets, PocketBook commissioned Pieoneers Software for website design and development, UX/UI design, and a rebuild of its retail-facing sites.

Pieoneers Software delivered a full redesign workflow — starting with sketches and UI wireframes and advancing to high-fidelity mockups — for PocketBook’s web properties (including pocketbook.com and pocketbook.ua). The work improved usability and the online purchasing experience and positioned PocketBook to scale its digital presence across 30+ countries; while the case study does not report specific KPIs, Pieoneers Software’s redesign explicitly strengthened PocketBook’s ability to reach new markets and serve customers more effectively.
