The Melting Pot, a franchise restaurant chain with more than 90 locations, needed a better way to balance strong brand consistency with local flexibility for its menus and marketing materials. Pica9 implemented CampaignDrive to provide flexible templates that HQ could quickly turn into localized menus and marketing assets using tools like InDesign Import. The result was faster production of seasonal and event-specific creative, with template-to-live deployment often taking just minutes, while franchisees gained easy local customization. According to the case study, the system has been a great success from day one, improving efficiency for both HQ and franchisees.
