Frontier Communications partnered with Phunware to better serve multi-family properties across the United States and to differentiate its high-speed internet, TV and phone offerings. Faced with the need to deliver more value to property owners and residents—streamlining communications, visitor and package management, amenity reservations and resident engagement—Frontier sought a branded, easy-to-use solution that would integrate with existing infrastructure and help win and retain subscribers.

Phunware migrated and rebranded the platform quickly and without disrupting users, creating a seamless rollout that enhanced the resident experience, gave property managers a powerful marketing and operations tool, and is currently deployed across multiple properties with more planned.
