The customer needed a responsive website that would let patients search for doctors and clinics, register, and schedule appointments, while also giving healthcare providers tools to manage profiles, availability, and bookings.

PHPJabbers implemented a responsive website based on the client’s design and integrated its SaaS Appointment Scheduler to handle reservations. The solution was further customized with many modifications and an API that synchronized appointment data with each clinic or doctor’s journal system, helping HelseAgenten create a smoother booking experience for patients and more efficient appointment management for providers.
