Rivièra Maison, a premium furniture and home décor brand, needed a better way to help online shoppers understand product size, color, and style before buying. Working with Photoslurp, the company used user-generated content to address the challenge of showing products in real-life context and reducing uncertainty for eCommerce customers.
Photoslurp’s platform was used to collect and display customer photos across the Rivièra Maison website, including images placed directly on product pages to show items in perspective. The result was over 50,000 images collected and a 15.59% interaction rate with UGC, far above the average 4%, helping improve engagement, social proof, and support purchase decisions.
