IXXI, a personalized wall art and home decor brand, sought to amplify the authentic social media engagement from its online community. Their challenge was to move beyond simply displaying this user-generated content and instead use it to actively enrich the online shopping journey to further inspire potential customers. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor Photoslurp and its Flowbox platform.

Using Photoslurp's Flowbox, IXXI implemented shoppable widgets that displayed user-generated content directly on their eCommerce site. This solution allowed them to tag and link specific products within the photos, enabling future customers to click through and purchase items directly. The implementation was a success, resulting in the collection of over 10,000 images and a significant 23.85% increase in average order value for IXXI.
