The Adventure Travel Trade Association (ATTA) needed a better way to manage and share the large volume of photos and videos its distributed team and partners use to market destinations. Before adopting a dedicated system, assets were scattered across Picasa, Flickr and hard drives, weren’t consistently high-resolution or searchable, and were difficult to share with internal teams and external partners.
The ATTA implemented Libris by PhotoShelter — a cloud-based digital asset management solution with searchable metadata, permission controls and a Lightroom plugin for tagging — to centralize its visual library. The new workflow made collaboration and professional delivery effortless (the ATTA shared a Summit gallery with 700 delegates and logged 12,443 pageviews), increased asset reuse for partner marketing, and streamlined internal processes across the organization.
