Purdue University needed a better way to manage the growing volume of photos and videos coming from its many colleges, departments, and campuses. With more than 50,000 students, 12 colleges, and multiple teams creating content for social, web, and print, the university struggled to organize, find, and share assets while keeping everything on brand. PhotoShelter for Brands was brought in to help solve this fragmented content workflow.
Using PhotoShelter for Brands, Purdue built a centralized visual content ecosystem with integrated accounts, shared libraries, and Workspaces for collaboration across campus partners. The result was a repository of more than 1 million assets used by around 5,000 users, faster access to current imagery, and more consistent brand messaging across the university.
