The UCF Knights Conquer Content with PhotoShelter

The UCF Knights, the University of Central Florida’s NCAA Division I athletics program, were struggling to manage a large volume of photos and videos across disconnected tools like Dropbox, OneDrive, and a local server. This made it difficult for the team to quickly find, share, and access content during games, especially on mobile devices, and created delays for staff working on social media and design.

PhotoShelter for Brands implemented a digital asset management workflow with live FTP photo transfers, metadata-based search, secure sharing, and Smart Galleries. The result was a much faster, more organized content operation that let the UCF Knights transfer images in real time, find photos in seconds, and access galleries from phones in the field; the team said PhotoShelter has changed the way they work and helped them manage roughly 2,500 photos from a game day with greater efficiency.
