The Atlanta Braves needed a faster, more collaborative way to move game-day photos from the field to their creative and social teams, especially during their 2021 World Series run. Using PhotoShelter for Brands, team photographer Kevin D. Liles could transmit images directly from Sony cameras to a PhotoShelter account for remote editing and sharing.
PhotoShelter for Brands helped the Braves create a real-time workflow that routed photos through remote editor Jeff Curry and into Slack, text, and social channels for immediate use. Images reached the creative team in about 1–2 minutes, with some photos on the server in 5–10 seconds, enabling the Braves to publish key moments quickly and keep fans updated almost instantly.
