NCMPR, the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations, needed a faster, more efficient way to manage and share conference photos in real time. Their old workflow required multiple manual steps for downloading, editing, uploading, and tagging images, which slowed distribution, created errors, and limited social media engagement. PhotoShelter for Brands helped address these challenges at NCMPR’s annual conference.

PhotoShelter for Brands implemented direct FTP uploads and AI-powered PeopleID auto-tagging, allowing photos to be captured, organized, and shared instantly. The result was a dramatically faster workflow, with tagging time reduced from about 1 to 1.5 hours per shoot to an automated process that Glenn Carpenter said would otherwise cost 4 to 5 times more.
