The University of Florida communications team—led by Art/Creative Director Bernard Brzezinski and photographers/videographers—needed to capture and share the genuine emotion of graduation while juggling diverse campus stories and tight timelines. Their challenge was delivering eye-catching photos and video quickly to 16 colleges and many stakeholders so content would stop scrolling audiences in just a few seconds.
They implemented Libris by PhotoShelter to organize, search and share imagery, turning image requests into a self-service workflow and eliminating large-file emails. The result: faster social posting at peak moments, more efficient internal collaboration, easier discovery for stakeholders, and stronger, more consistent visual storytelling that elevates the UF brand.
