How the Miami Marlins Crafted the Ultimate Creative Workflow

The Miami Marlins needed a faster, more organized way to manage and share game-day photos, since their old workflows made it difficult for social, creative, sales, and scoreboard teams to find images quickly. Working with PhotoShelter for Brands, team photographer Joseph Guzy looked for a centralized solution that could replace scattered folders, clunky file transfers, and constant back-and-forth requests.

PhotoShelter for Brands implemented a single, FTP-enabled digital asset management workflow using PhotoShelter, FileFlow, and other connected tools so the Miami Marlins could move photos directly to the right teams in real time. The result was immediate access to images anywhere and anytime, helping staff create live scoreboard bumps, end-game graphics, and social content faster, with no need to search for files or ask “Where are my photos?”
