A PhotoShelter for Brands Case Study
The James Beard Foundation, which runs more than 300 culinary events a year, needed a fast, reliable way to capture, store and distribute imagery so its small team could tell stories in real time and keep content organized for long-term use. Without an efficient photo workflow, live coverage, donor follow-up and sponsor storytelling risked being slow or inconsistent.
They implemented a real-time workflow using Libris (FTP uploads from photographers) and the FileFlow app so images are available seconds after being shot. The result: instant social engagement and far greater reach during events, stronger donor stewardship and sponsor reporting (helping secure partners like Capital One), and a searchable archive that fuels evergreen storytelling and anniversary campaigns.
