Case Study: Independent Purchasing Cooperative achieves consistent global branding with PhotoShelter for Brands

A PhotoShelter for Brands Case Study

Preview of the Independent Purchasing Cooperative Case Study

How a Massive Fast Food Chain Keeps Branding Consistent Around the World

Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC), the purchasing arm that supports Subway® restaurants worldwide, needed a way to keep thousands of franchisees and multiple IPC locations on-brand. Jeremy Fletcher, IPC’s design and creative director, struggled with siloed teams, outdated logos and clip art, and inadequate sharing tools (Dropbox and Flight by Canto) that made it hard for stakeholders to find approved assets.

IPC migrated thousands of files into Libris by PhotoShelter, creating a single, searchable library with tagging, permissions and SSO access. The new system cut image requests by about 90%, eliminated an extra sharing tool (saving roughly $500), and gave 60 global stakeholders plus 250 North America users easy access—resulting in 1,782 downloads in two weeks and faster, more consistent use of approved brand assets.
