For GE’s China Senior Leadership Program, commercial photographers Casey Templeton and Brett Lemon were hired to film more than 700 GE leaders across eight professional development programs and deliver each interview video within 12 hours so participants could share them with their teams before returning to work. The tight schedule and high volume created a logistical challenge that required a fast, reliable end-to-end workflow.

Casey and Brett built a disciplined process: shoot 4K on Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro, ingest immediately, and have Brett begin editing in Adobe Premiere Pro during the shoots to enable batch exports. Final videos were uploaded to Libris for secure, global distribution. The result was a lightning-fast, repeatable workflow that met GE’s turnaround goal, let participants share polished videos with their teams before returning to the office, and impressed the client.
