Army Rugby Union Boosts Brand Storytelling and Reach with PhotoShelter

Army Rugby Union, part of Army Sport, needed a more efficient way to build a professional brand and share match photography despite having a small team and limited budget. Working with its photography partner Alligin UK, the organization used PhotoShelter for Brands to replace a slow, manual image-handling process and make it easier to get photos from the pitch into digital channels.

PhotoShelter for Brands enabled Alligin UK to upload images directly into ARU galleries in real time, while ARU also used the Canva integration to create social-ready branded content quickly. The result was a faster, more collaborative workflow that helped Army Rugby Union publish content in real time, improve its social media presence, repurpose archived images when live photos weren’t available, and extend reach to sponsors, players, and other stakeholders without additional budget.
