Auckland University of Technology streamlines student services with Phosphor kiosks

Auckland University of Technology (AUT) sought to enhance the student experience by providing a convenient and efficient solution for equipment rental and student card management. To address this challenge, AUT engaged Phosphor to develop a self-service kiosk and electronic locker system.

Phosphor designed, manufactured, and implemented custom equipment locker kiosks with an integrated software solution. This included developing a user-friendly interface, integrating with AUT's database for inventory management, and ensuring secure payment processing through Windcave pinpads. The solution also connected with Canon Uniflow software to manage printing accounts. For AUT, Phosphor's kiosks resulted in an enhanced student experience, increased administrative efficiency, and secure financial transactions.
