Jasso Moreno is a 27‑person legal and accounting firm in Mexico City that had adopted Salesforce to manage cases but was plagued by manual data entry and an inability to reliably link call recordings to the correct cases. To solve these operational and compliance challenges they engaged Nuvalia and implemented the PhoneIQ Agent Salesforce CTI from vendor PhoneIQ.

PhoneIQ deployed a cloud-based phone system integrated with local carrier Totalplay and Salesforce, automating call logging and automatically relating calls and recordings to the right case. PhoneIQ’s rollout across desktop and mobile apps gave the whole team remote calling capabilities during COVID, eliminated much of the manual entry, and delivered 24/7 visibility and compliant oversight through advanced reporting, live dashboards and coaching features.
