The customer, Reach PLC, faced a challenge with inconsistent and siloed hiring practices across its regional offices, which hindered the adoption of a standardized recruitment process aligned with its core company values.
Phoenix51 implemented its digital platform to help Reach standardize hiring and appraisals. The solution was first rolled out to the Recruitment team and then to HR for selecting candidates for a management training program. This enabled managers to efficiently evaluate candidates against company-wide competencies. As a result of the successful implementation, Reach renewed its contract with Phoenix51 for another year and is expanding the platform's use to manage personnel changes and promotions.
