The customer, IRIS Software Group, the UK's largest independent software group, faced a challenge with disparate hiring processes across its many offices. Through multiple acquisitions, this issue was compounded, so IRIS sought a unified tool from vendor Phoenix51 to manage the hiring and development of its entry-level sales staff.

Phoenix51 implemented its platform in September 2019, integrating it with IRIS's existing ATS. This provided a robust, group-wide recruitment process that embodied the company's core values, ending the division between offices. The solution has been used to assess or hire over 100 people. Due to its success, IRIS plans to roll the Phoenix51 platform out across all job roles and management levels to further develop employee strengths.
