Rapidly integrating Microsoft 365 to help young people and families connect to vital services during COVID-19

Together Trust, one of the North West’s leading disability charities, needed a more connected and collaborative way to support its many services, staff, carers, and service users. With basic tools no longer enough to manage day-to-day work and keep experiences seamless across 40+ specialist services, the charity turned to Phoenix Software to help accelerate its Microsoft 365 strategy, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.

Phoenix Software delivered a secure Microsoft 365 solution in about 12 weeks, combining networks from different locations into a single workflow and training staff to use the new tools. The rollout improved collaboration and connectivity across the organisation, helped services continue during lockdown, and enabled tools like Microsoft Teams for Classrooms to support work such as speech therapy remotely; Phoenix Software is now also working with Together Trust on Dynamics, PowerApps, BI, and a full SharePoint migration.
