Phoenix Software and London & Quadrant – a partnership delivering tangible social value

Phoenix Software worked with London & Quadrant Housing, the UK social housing provider with more than 90,000 homes, to increase the social value created through its supply chain. L&Q wanted practical support that could improve tenants’ employment prospects, and Phoenix Software looked to offer training that could make a real difference at an individual level, with PRINCE2 project management training chosen as the most relevant option for the tenant involved.

Phoenix Software identified and supported a suitable tenant, Lavina Arthurs, through PRINCE2 course details and preparation, including 10 hours of prerequisite reading ahead of the exam. The result was a successful course completion and a new qualification that helped her move toward a different career path, improving her CV and competitiveness in construction and project management. Phoenix Software said the initiative delivered long-term social value by opening up new opportunities and supporting personal development.
