A Phoenix Software Case Study
REAch2 Academy Trust, the largest primary-only academy trust in the UK, needed to keep teaching and learning going when COVID-19 school closures disrupted normal classroom routines. Working with Phoenix Software, the trust looked for a way to support remote learning for around 60 primary academies and help staff adapt quickly to Microsoft Teams.
Phoenix Software helped REAch2 deploy Microsoft Teams and created a bespoke training package to build staff skills from the basics to more advanced features for remote and inclusive learning, including support for SEND pupils. The result was stronger home-school connections, real-time monitoring of teaching quality, and improved engagement for students and teachers; the trust said the approach gave pupils a sense of normality during the pandemic and helped every child learn remotely regardless of need.
