Multinational Clothing Company - Customer Case Study

Multinational Clothing Company, a multinational retailer with more than 500 U.S. locations, needed a stronger energy management and EMS monitoring approach to better control energy use, meet energy goals, and move toward proactive maintenance. Their existing EMS provider often required escalation to Transformative Wave support or even truck rolls, and they wanted a more responsive U.S.-based call center backed by better data and analytics. Phoenix Energy Technologies was brought in with its EnterpriseDX (EDX) platform and EMS monitoring services.

Phoenix Energy Technologies implemented EnterpriseDX with real-time store and asset-level visibility, ABI portal reporting, and Event Manager for alarm and fault detection, plus a Phoenix-built TWave gateway to feed data into EDX. As a result, the customer gained better troubleshooting, proactive comfort and HVAC management, and faster support from a knowledgeable call center without needing to escalate to TWave. The impact was especially measurable in support efficiency: TWave invoice support became essentially zero, while corporate and field teams could use real-time data to address recurring issues and energy opportunities more effectively.
