Ipcos, a provider of engineered industrial control mechanisms with 70 employees, found in a baseline test that nearly half of its staff were susceptible to phishing. To tackle this, Ipcos engaged Phished and enrolled all employees on Phished’s awareness platform to run regular, realistic phishing simulations and training.

Phished delivered a continuous, non-punitive simulation and coaching programme—combining frequent simulated attacks, rapid feedback and targeted training—which reduced Ipcos’s phishing susceptibility from 45% to 13% in four months. The Phished programme also fostered a reporting culture, increased staff confidence in spotting spoofed senders and urgent requests, and shifted the organisation to a prevention-first stance with clear, measurable improvements in cyber awareness.
