VRT, the Flemish Radio and Television Broadcasting Corporation, faced ongoing phishing threats across a large, constantly changing workforce — including temporary and guest employees — that put data integrity and public reputation at risk. To address this, VRT turned to Phished in November 2020 to scale cybersecurity awareness across its organization.

Phished deployed its platform to automatically enroll new and closed mailboxes and run ready‑to‑use phishing simulations and adaptive, modular training tailored to different user groups and skill levels. With more than 3,300 e‑mail addresses on the Phished platform, VRT now delivers continuous, individualized training at employees’ own pace, reducing manual administration and errors and helping prevent a single compromise from impacting entire services.
