U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission - Customer Case Study

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) needed to modernize its digital platform to better serve the public. Their challenge was to migrate over 100,000 web pages to a new system that was mobile-friendly, accessible, and capable of supporting multiple languages. They partnered with Phase2 to guide this comprehensive update.

Phase2 implemented a modern, secure Drupal content management system for the EEOC. The solution significantly improved site performance and search capabilities, and enabled seamless translation between English and Spanish. As a result, the EEOC site runs much faster and provides a superior user experience. The initiative was so successful that the internal team won the agency’s highest honor, the Chair’s Excellence Award.
