SAP engaged PGi to deliver an externally managed web conferencing solution with strong security (unique meeting codes and conference locking) and a simplified, one‑click user experience. The new platform made scheduling and joining meetings straightforward, and within months SAP’s usage jumped from about 80,000 to over 300,000 meetings per month.
