Hawaiian Airlines, Hawai‘i’s largest carrier with roots back to 1929, faced the challenge of communicating strategic updates to more than 5,700 employees spread across the islands, the U.S. mainland and international locations—many of whom work in airports with limited access to email or traditional channels. The company needed a reliable way to connect leadership directly with frontline and remote staff in a timely, transparent manner.
Partnering with PGi, Hawaiian deployed iMeetLive to produce monthly live-streamed town halls with production support, interactive Q&A and on-demand recordings. The webcasting program increased attendance and frontline engagement, improved the end-user experience across time zones and devices, and provides reporting to measure live and on‑demand participation.
