Beck Ag Maximizes Customer Engagement Using PGi’s Operator Assisted Audio

Beck Ag helps agriculture manufacturers run live, interactive audio forums that connect agricultural professionals to share experience and influence buying behavior. To scale these conversations while preserving authenticity, high attendance and timely, consistent one-hour calls, the company needed a simpler, more reliable, high-touch conferencing solution after experiencing billing and service issues with its previous provider.

PGi delivered Operator Assisted Conference Calls and Integrated Audio Solutions with a dedicated account team, operator-managed dial-outs (up to 300 participants), extended pre-conference prep, remote call control, a full-time second operator and ongoing training to simplify operations and improve call quality. The result was higher engagement and satisfaction (85–100% of participants found events valuable; 71% shared learnings; 90% said the calls affected buying behavior), repeat business and strong growth for Beck Ag — including five appearances on the Inc. 5000, 74% growth from 2010–2013, more than 1 million conversations facilitated and 7.2% year-over-year call growth in 2014.
