De Bijenkorf needed real-time insights across its stores, including floor-level counts, to manage an active door policy and keep staff and customers safe.
PFM Intelligence Group implemented real-time visitor counting and data accuracy improvements, giving De Bijenkorf live insights that could be used on the website’s “crowded” metre to guide customer visits. The solution improved door policies and helped create a safer shopping environment, enabling faster, informed decision-making during the pandemic.
