The customer, a large state-owned bank, faced the challenge of ensuring the stability and performance of its critical FIS Profile banking system, a complex non-relational database that processes millions of operations. This system, which serves tens of millions of customers and contracts, is difficult to test and monitor due to its proprietary nature and black box architecture. The bank partnered with vendor PFLB to conduct the necessary performance testing for its numerous annual system releases.

This involved developing specialized load testing tools, scripts, and external system emulators to simulate a real-world load of approximately 6 million operations per hour.
