Synapsis Inc, a 120-employee technology company that developed the RISE program to tackle teacher shortages and unequal access in rural Illinois, needed a high-quality, easy-to-use, interoperable video solution that worked with existing Poly endpoints and stayed affordable. They selected Pexip and its Pexip Service cloud-based solution to meet those requirements.

Pexip deployed Virtual Meeting Rooms via the Pexip Service, interoperable with Poly devices, connecting 39 schools (with 30 more and a college soon to join) and allowing students to join by clicking a browser link with no downloads. The Pexip solution delivered 100% positive feedback on ease and quality, rapid scaling during COVID (new rooms provisioned in about 30 minutes), and measurable expansion of access to synchronous, collaborative classrooms.
