APG, the largest pension provider in the Netherlands managing over EUR 500 billion and with 3,000+ employees across the Netherlands, Hong Kong and New York, needed a secure, compliant way to keep using existing Cisco room hardware while integrating Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting rooms and replacing an ISDN30 dial‑in infrastructure. They selected Pexip — deploying the Pexip Infinity self‑hosted solution with Virtual Meeting Rooms and Microsoft Teams CVI — to meet strict regulatory requirements and preserve their investment in Cisco systems.

Pexip implemented Infinity with Teams CVI and Cisco integration, delivering seamless interoperability between Teams clients, Cisco devices and phone dial‑ins. The solution improved employee meeting experience and connectivity for office, remote and overseas workers, reduced technical issues via dial‑in and bandwidth optimization, and made guest joining simpler — all while meeting compliance needs. The migration took about two months and now supports APG’s distributed workforce across multiple regions.
