Permasteelisa Group, a medium-enterprise construction firm, faced interoperability gaps between video systems and high video platform costs. To address these challenges they selected Pexip, deploying Pexip Service and Pexip for Google Meet Interoperability to replace legacy conferencing infrastructure and improve cross-platform compatibility.

Pexip implemented its cloud/self-hosted solutions to bridge previously incompatible endpoints, extending the life of existing video equipment while lowering platform costs. As a result, Permasteelisa Group reported improved collaboration, increased video utilization and meeting experience, a decrease in video conferencing costs, and extended equipment life. Pexip was rated by the customer as significantly better for interoperability and flexibility and better for scalability, customization and data control/privacy.
