VolkerWessels Telecom, which designs, builds and maintains telecom networks, sought to improve internal and external communication with an easy-to-use, affordable tool. They chose Pexip’s video conferencing as a service to simplify combining Virtual Meeting Rooms with dedicated videoconferencing systems and to connect six geographically dispersed locations.

Pexip implemented a service with eight named Virtual Meeting Rooms bookable in Outlook, initially for internal collaboration but quickly adopted for supplier negotiations and project work. The Pexip solution cut travel and time expenses for directors and staff, connected five Netherlands sites and one in Belgium, and delivered heavy usage with a clear return on investment within the first month.
