SONGWON Industrial Group, a 1000+ employee specialty chemicals manufacturer and the world’s second-largest producer of polymer stabilizers, needed a user-friendly, reliable video conferencing platform that could be deployed globally and interoperate with many devices and external partners. After evaluating options, SONGWON chose Pexip and trialed the Pexip Service cloud solution, including virtual meeting rooms (VMRs) and device licenses for SIP/H.323 interoperability.

Pexip implemented its cloud Pexip Service with VMRs and device support, enabling rapid global rollout and strong user adoption; video meetings for up to 50 participants became a standard part of SONGWON’s day-to-day work. The result was increased cross-border collaboration and consistently reliable call quality—measured by widespread daily use across SONGWON’s operations and routine 50-person meetings—demonstrating Pexip’s measurable impact on productivity and stakeholder engagement.
