Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence needed a secure, simple way to connect video meetings across a newly unified region spanning 92 municipalities. With Microsoft Teams Rooms being rolled out quickly, they also needed to replace the former BlueJeans video interoperability service and ensure staff and elected officials could join meetings easily from different room systems and external platforms.
