How Henner Group transitioned to an interoperable solution for cloud-based video conferencing

Henner Group, a leading French group health insurer of about 1,600 employees across 18 offices, needed an interoperable, secure cloud video‑conferencing solution to support a new hybrid workforce without abandoning its existing meeting‑room investments. Faced with the rise of Microsoft Skype for Business and the move to Teams, Henner sought a service that would integrate with its directory, support WebRTC and temporary virtual meeting rooms, and preserve VIP meeting‑room quality—requirements met by Pexip using The Pexip Service (cloud) and Cloud Video Interoperability with Teams/Skype plus device management.

The result was broad adoption across Henner’s sites, seamless support for PCs, mobile devices, H.323/SIP and Teams/Skype users, a smooth transition to remote working during the 2020 pandemic with no major up‑scaling issues, and demonstrable ROI and improved flexibility from Pexip’s interoperable solution.
